Clique Dance Party - October 2024

We're so excited for our dance party on Friday, 18th October in the Centenary Room (formerly known as the Small Newman Room) at Geebung RSL! There’s no theme this time, so just come as you are and get ready for a night of fun and excitement!

Geebung RSL is located at Cnr Newman Rd & Collings St, Geebung. If you need assistance with transport, feel free to reach out to the Clique team ahead of time, and we can recommend some wonderful support workers to help.

Check-in will start at 6:30pm. We kindly ask that Cliquers do not arrive before this time, as we’ll be sharing the venue with other patrons, and there’s no waiting area outside the room. While we are at a licensed venue, Clique remains a smoke- and alcohol-free event between 6:30pm and 9:30pm. Alcohol will not be served to participants, and none is permitted in the room during this time. There will be a water station and soft drinks available during the supper break.

The night will follow our usual schedule, with a supper break at approximately 8:00pm, featuring a variety of finger foods and soft drinks. Gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan options will be available, so please nominate any dietary requirements when purchasing your ticket so we can accommodate you. There will be plenty of room on the dance floor to ‘get your groove on,’ with our DJ setting the vibe for an unforgettable night. 

Please note, due to Geebung RSL's catering conditions, we need to confirm numbers in advance. All participants must purchase a ticket (and provide dietary requirements) via our website no later than midnight on Tuesday, 15th October 2024. Unfortunately, we cannot accept additional ticket requests after this cut-off, and there will be strictly no walk-ins on the night.

This is a young person’s mainstream dance party for young adults aged 18 to 35, and we encourage parents and support workers to dine in the restaurant to free up space for our Cliquers to party. If a support worker is required to accompany your Cliquer inside, please purchase a Parent/Carer ticket for $10, which includes entry, a snack meal, and soft drink.
